Blonde bombshell, supermodel and supermom, Heidi Klum says she's totally adverse to cosmetic surgery to look younger.
Heidi says,
"There’s something odd when you’re 35 or 40 and ironed to the max. You change with time, and it’s fine. Everywhere there are these stand-up cards saying, ‘Have a little silicone while you get your roots done.’ I want to be the opposite of that."Of course, we support Heidi in her decision to forgo plastic surgery in an attempt to erase the years, just as we support Meryl Streep in the same conclusion. As we said then, a plastic surgeon works with a scalpel, not a magic wand. A quality surgeon and a well-chosen procedure can make you look like a million bucks, but surgery isn't a time machine. Cosmetic procedures are at their best when they are subtle and tasteful. The energy and confidence they can give you can leave you looking and feeling years younger, but they cannot keep you young forever and anyone who tries to stop the clock at thirty is bound to end-up looking inhuman.
You're beautiful, Heidi - any way you choose to be!
