The LA Times has recently run an article on MTV's True Life, a documentary series that follows teens and young adults through real life situations. In one particular episode, they followed a couple of young people as they went through plastic surgery.
One of them, twenty year-old Rachel, said:
"Hopefully I'll have the confidence to maybe complete the other goals in my life now, like being in Playboy and maybe finding a boyfriend."
Really? One of your goals is being in Playboy? Dream big, Rachel and remember to try to duck when your Mom takes a smack at you for setting back the women's liberation movement a good thirty years.
